In a recent article of the Yin and Yang, we touched up upon the Trigrams as well as the Yin and Yang. The concept shares more than one aspect, thus when we try to define the laws of life and nature, we must remain with an open mind to the possibilities, so we can discern better the qualities of universal concepts. There are aspects of the Yin and Yang that helps define the nature of reality.
In the process, questions arise that we can investigate. Some examples can include about existence, what is existence really? What is life? Who am I? Many scholars, learners, and philosophers, lovers of wisdom in all respects, try to understand life long questions like these. How do we address these topics and where do we begin? The concept of Yin and Yang is a good point to begin and has been with us from centuries to centuries trying to help model a good definition of the universe. Approached in simplicity, yet within can unravel the intricates of life and nature.
YIN AND YANG DESCRIBES THE NATURE’S SUBTLETY
For every Yin, there is a Yang. The same goes for every Yang, there is a Yin. The nature of these forces has its opposite within. The qualities of these forces could be seen as opposites of words, though it could even be the nature of subtleness.
If we view plainly the symbol of the Yin and Yang, there are two halves that make a whole. Within each there is a dot that shares the others respect. There is a strong color, yet there is a weak color. The weak can be, yet not weak, but subtle. It could be within a majority, there is also the minority. In the perspective perceiving, we can notice that there is subtleness.

Have you ever tried cutting sweets from your diet and possibly stop eating oily foods? Some foods have an overbearing quality that takes over the tastes. When you begin to eat healthier, not eating with stronger tastes, then you can gear toward the subtle taste in foods. It is quite amazing how this works. This an expression of Yin.
The first time drinking coffee, it may taste strong. After awhile, you begin noticing the taste. As becoming acclimated, the bitterness goes away and the special qualities of coffee becomes apparent. This could be of Yang.
WE MAY UNDERSTAND WITH MINDFULNESS GIVEN TO THE SUBTLE INNER NATURE OF LIFE
Yin and Yang forces are throughout the inner and outer working of life. It can begin with curiosity. Questions of life and nature begins to stir. Then like drinking tea within its subtleness, the world’s qualities begins to unfold before your eyes.
