Re-centering Ourselves

There are moments in life that we can touch when life moves slow, but fast.  Busying around while trying to walk at pace, something stirs the pot that you set forth on your day.  Your boss comes straight out of the office after an intense conversation, much emotion stirs.  Suddenly, the storm is right at you and giving you the 411 of the problems.  You have a decision to make.

That decision is not in words, though in that moment you could absorb in the emotion of your boss.  As the moments of your boss pushes and pushes you, you can just give an easy answer.  The answer is no.  It is not no in speaking words, rather it is no in the emotion that is speaking.  We can accept in us as we like, though it is a choice.  Some decisions, aren’t easy and you could be swept from your feet.  Though, you have the will inside of you to LET GO.  Even in the heat of things, we could be aware of what is at play.  We need to be awake to what can stir the pot of our inner self.  By letting go, you can stop the reactions of emotions that pummels through.  You can share to others a peaceful kind environment.

At such an emotional level where reactions can fly around, you have to just let it go.  Everything has a course.  If you let it run its course, while at the same time, you don’t attach or react by a judgement.  Your not blocking it or getting into a sticky situation.  By not meddling at such an emotional level, but instead come back to your being.  You can pause for a moment.  This helps to stabilize the emotions.  You can recenter yourself in a better state.
