The Light You Need

It’s very hard to do anything in the dark.  But somehow plain as day, it may seem that there is nothing we can do.  Looking around, we don’t see what we can apply.  Then, we come outside of our house and find other things which can stretch a bit, either money, time, effort, or other things.

Somehow, we miss the things right in front of us and look elsewhere.  It’s like seeing black and white, but missing the subtle hues in between.  It’s like having blinders where we can’t see with our peripherals.

It just means to open your eyes to have all the light you need.  When your eyes are closed or blinded, it is ignorant to what is here.  It may be hard to open it suddenly, but you can allow it to open.  Give it some time to open.  You can even train your eyes to see through the pale dark into the light.  Each string of light can be put together like sewing with a needle and thread.  This increases your awareness and gives your sight back, which you always had.  It’s just you kept it hidden.  But now you can see.  There is light in front of you, use it.

We have all the light we need, we just need to put it in practice. – Albert Pike
