Lao Tzu is right about this that when we are trying to get something done, there has to be patience. Have you ever tried to cultivate a bonsai tree? The tree itself takes years to grow. As it grows, you can determine which way it goes. You have to be careful for the weight, spacing, as well as heat, draft, and humidity. It can get delicate when working with something that requires a higher regard. Handling is the utmost importance. Our life can be as a bonsai, it can be in the growth to a work of art. We need to take care not to prod it so much that it may mar the possibilities. Remember that a bonsai tree grows in a natural way. Therefore, we need to go through the natural process as well.
Governing a large country is like frying a small fish. You spoil it with too much poking. – Lao Tzu
